Paxync, operated by Febeight Technologies, is committed to protecting your privacy. This policy outlines how we handle your data across the Paxync mobile application and website.

1. Information We Collect

Authentication Data:We collect your phone number and/or email address via Supabase to securely authenticate your ledger and establish connections with peers.
Device Permissions:• Camera: Strictly utilized for scanning peer-to-peer connection QR codes. No image data is saved, stored, or transmitted.• Microphone: Utilized locally for speech-to-text expense logging. Audio recordings are not saved to our servers.• Notifications: We collect device tokens to send real-time alerts regarding ledger updates and nudges.
Ledger Data:Transaction records, notes, and receipts are stored securely to sync across your authenticated devices.

2. Data Deletion Policy

You have the right to completely delete your account and all associated data. To request the permanent deletion of your Paxync account, phone number, and handshake history, please email [email protected] from your registered email address with the subject line "Data Deletion Request." We will securely wipe your data from our servers within 72 hours.

3. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal information, ledger history, or contact lists to third-party advertisers. Your data is encrypted in transit and at rest.
