By accessing Paxync, operated by Febeight Technologies, you agree to these Terms of Service.
1. Nature of Service (Disclaimer)
Paxync is strictly a record-keeping ledger and calculation utility. Febeight Technologies is not a bank, payment processor, or money transmitter. We do not hold, move, or transfer real currency. You are solely responsible for executing actual payments outside of our platform via your chosen financial institutions.
2. Acceptable Use
Paxync is provided for personal or group expense tracking. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that abuse the platform, engage in fraudulent behavior, or attempt to reverse-engineer our syncing algorithms.
3. Limitation of Liability
Paxync operates on a freemium model. Core features are provided "as-is" without warranty. We are not liable for disputes between users regarding recorded debts or external settlements.
4. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Kerala, India. Any disputes shall be resolved in the appropriate courts of Kannur, Kerala.
